Our strength classes are built around foundational, functional movement patterns. Each session is thoughtfully designed to emphasize proper form, individualized weight selection, and skill development that meets you where you are—whether you’re just starting out or already experienced.

Every strength class includes a balanced combination of upper body push and pull movements, lower body knee- and hip-dominant exercises, and core work focused on anti-extension and anti-rotation. This well-rounded structure ensures you’re training all major movement patterns in every class.

What does that mean for you? Whether you attend one class a week or make it to three, you’ll still be hitting all the essential movement categories. This approach helps prevent muscular imbalances and reduces the risk of dysfunction or injury—while steadily building strength, control, and confidence in your body.

You’re encouraged to attend consistently, but we understand flexibility is important. Many members also use what they learn in class to guide their workouts at home between sessions.

Each session can be purchased using a punch card or monthly plan.
