Nutrition talk session one

This will be session one of an undetermined series. We will be focusing on some main talking points that are currently listed at the gym for members to view and add to. My hopes are that we can add sessions based on the questions that come outside of talking points. I think it would also be fun for those interested to do some food prep based on what we learned and swap meals and recipes!
